The Valli assembly teams have successfully completed a major turnkey poultry facility in Slovenia, installing the state-of-the-art Valli Volo Vita 2.0 aviary system. This cutting-edge solution enhances animal welfare, farm efficiency, and sustainable egg production, setting a new benchmark in modern poultry farming.

Project Phases: From Groundwork to Full Operation

1. Phase 1 – Construction Kickoff: A Solid Foundation for Success

   The objective was clear: to build a high-tech layer farm designed for optimal flock management and long-term sustainability. The construction phase involved meticulous site preparation and structural assembly. Our expert teams ensured precise execution, creating a facility tailored for 60,000 layer hens across two levels, with a focus on efficiency and welfare-friendly design.
2. Phase 2 – Advanced Aviary System Installation
   As the project advanced, the installation of the Volo Vita 2.0 aviary system took center stage. Key elements such as automated feeding lines, drinking systems, and optimized nesting areas were strategically placed to maximize productivity and bird comfort. The layout allows for unrestricted movement, ensuring a healthier and more natural environment for the hens while streamlining daily farm operations.
3.  Phase 3 – Fully Operational Facility with Hens Adapted

   Upon completion, the barn was populated with laying hens, which immediately adapted to their new environment, displaying no signs of stress.
