The “Volo USA” system offers floors equipped with nests, feeding and watering lines, dimmable LED lighting and belts for eggs and manure. The structure, also available in a multi-storey configuration, facilitates the movement of birds and uses canal covers as a useful surface.

Length of each module: 2900 mm (9′ – 6 3/16″)
Each tier is equipped with:
- 2 egg laying nests
- 2 flat chain feed lines accessible from both sides
- 2 drinking lines
- 1 LED lights line
- 2 egg belts 250 mm wide (9 13/16″)
- 1 manure belt
Laying nest at the center of the colonies
Egg belt cover used as usable area
Second tier laying nest cover used as usable area (only in 2 tiers configuration)
External foldable perches to facilitate the movement of the birds between the various levels
Feet in stainless steel
All LED lights are dimmable
Available with or without “pvc” duct for manure drying
Available also in multi-tier configuration with intermediate catwalks
Available with different nest sizes
