The project for Aviary system for laying “Volo VLV Plus”, was born in order to guarantee both the best birds welfare and an easy management by the operator.

Aviary System “Volo VLV Plus” offers a great comparison among useful surface, feed space and solid perches with 2 drinking lines, one in front of the nest and the other on the first floor.

Length of each module: 2900 mm (9’ - 6 3/16")
Optimum ratio between usable area, feeding space and perches
Drinking lines in front of the nests and on the 1^st tier
Manure belts on the 1^st and 3^rd tier, laying nests and “balcony” on the 2^nd tier
Lifting and foldable platforms/terraces
The “balcony” can be easily removed for cleaning, inspection and maintenance
Automatic expeller of the hens from the nest with rocking function
Disassembling of the laying nest without any tool for an easy and fast inspection/cleaning behind it
Perfect location of feeding and drinking to stimula- te the movement of the hens without blocking the access to the laying nest
Feet in stainless steel
Available with or without "pvc" duct for manure drying
Available also in double decker configuration with intermediate catwalks
Egg Belt cover available on request
Usable Area:
- with plastic balcony 5.83 m 2 (62.75 ft 2) per linear meter
- without plastic balcony 4.83 m2 (51.98 ft2 ) per linear meter
